Methadone Maintenance clinicDM & ADR, Inc. is located right outside the perimeter in Athens, GA. 

Their clinic opened in August of 1999 and continues to grow as they serve Athens-Clarke County and surrounding areas. 

They are fully accredited by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and are fully staffed with certified addiction counselors, licensed practical nurses, a licensed Nurse Practitioner, an on-site Psychiatrist, as well as a highly qualified administrative staff.  

They would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in opioid treatment.

  • Daily Dosing Fee:  $12.00 per day or $79.00 per week
  • Guest Dosing Fee:  $25.00 one-time fee, $12.00 per day
  • HIV Testing:  Free

Mission Statement: to provide a therapeutic environment in which to treat one's addiction to pain medication and/or heroin. We will strive to reduce the risks associated with this addiction by providing education, individual counseling, support groups, and medication therapy.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

This table is to be used if this rehab center accepts sliding scale treatment. This will show you what levels of income you need to make to qualify for free treatment.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
