Most of them are polite but management told me that my insurance was accepted and then proceeded to give me my free doses each morning while choosing not to tell me that my insurance actually wasn’t paying for any of them until I had been given almost $800-worth of methadone. Management then pulled me aside and told me that I had to now pay the $16 every morning AND at least $130 every single Monday in order to keep receiving my doses… Needless to say I stopped going.
