About Jessie Trice CHC, Jefferson Reaves House

Jessie Trice CHC, Jefferson Reeves House, is a women's residential substance abuse treatment program housing 40 beds, offering services for pregnant substance addicted women.
Women are allowed to bring their children under the age of five into treatment with them.
Outpatient services, including a day treatment program, are specifically designed to meet the needs of clients seeking treatment as a result of court referrals and DUI's, etc.

Mission Statement: The Mission of Jessie Trice Community Health Center, Inc. is to improve health equality for our diverse South Florida community by providing and increasing access to quality comprehensive primary care services.

Time to get Clean and Sober. Im ready to do this i can't wait i went to have blood tests today now all I have to do is wait for the results and in treatment I Go.

Amazing staff and counselors the nurse is outstanding as well I love this place it really works if u work it and it changed my life thankfully now I’m still with my kids n drug free thank u Reaves house who’s house lol Reaves house I truly recommend this program with anyone scared and feeling lonely and that needs help communicating as well as getting clean and help staying clean it’s a family here seriously yeah I mean it ain’t easy but I can do it shoot I did it thanks to this facility I’m a changed woman and thanks to my higher power I’m so grateful for this program

I went to do an assessment today now I have to get blood work done then I'm into this place I need help and I'm going to do this with God with me who can be against me.the Staff was amazing also I know I'm going to be FINE.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

This table is to be used if this rehab center accepts sliding scale treatment. This will show you what levels of income you need to make to qualify for free treatment.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
