About La Canada Substance Abuse Program

La Canada Substance Abuse Program provides level II substance abuse intensive treatment for male and female adolescents ages 12-17 with substance abuse issues. Length of stay is 30-60 days. Hours:      Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; evenings by appointmentProgram Fees:

Protecting Children.  Preserving Families. Their vision is that every family creates and sustains a healthy home environment.  
Arizonas Children Association works with individuals and families in crisis to develop long-term solutions and realistic strategies to permanently break the cycle of abuse, neglect and destructive behavior. 
Intervention programs are built on a platform of individual, group and family counseling enhanced by wrap-around services that address a variety of needs.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

This table is to be used if this rehab center accepts sliding scale treatment. This will show you what levels of income you need to make to qualify for free treatment.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
