Adult Intensive Outpatient Chemical Dependency Services, ClearwaterProgram for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with alcohol or drugs. Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program (CD-IOP) Designed for adults who need professional assistance with substance abuse-related issues. This program is based on a group therapy model and is offered three days a week, three hours per day. What services are provided? A confidential assessment will be provided to develop an individualized treatment plan. Services include group therapy and educational services that cover a wide range of treatment issues. Who will provide the treatment?
All services are provided by their highly qualified team of licensed and certified behavioral health professionals. Does insurance pay for treatment?
BayCare Life Management participates with most insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicare HMO and Medicaid HMO. Insurance may pay for all or part of the treatment programs. Their business office personnel can assist with coverage details.
