Elbert County Behavioral Health Center provides:

  • mental health counseling for adults and adolescents
  • individuals and group counseling for alcohol and drug addiction
  • Services for individuals with mental retardation

Mission Statement: It is the mission of Advantage Behavioral Health Systems to provide person-centered community-based services and treatment to individuals and families experiencing mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictions, by collaboratively using personal, community and organizational resources.
