About M K Place -Substance Abuse Treatment Program

MK Place provide services:

  • drug/alcohol evaluations
  • intensive outpatient treatment
  • family education
  • family therapy
  • drug court programs and residential treatment to adolescents who are seriously and harmfully involved with alcohol and drugs

This program is administered by the Bannock Youth Foundation, a private, non-profit organization that has been providing a variety of intervention, treatment, and support services to youth and families in Bannock County since 1978.


Mission Statement: M.K. Place improves the quality of life for adolescents and advocates a holistic approach to treating addictive and mental health disorders. We provide clients with access to an integrated network of effective, qualified, and culturally competent professionals and services that are matched to a person’s needs and preferences; thus promoting client rights, responsibilities, and recovery.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
