Outpatient Addictions and Substance Abuse:
Treatment is available for abuse of alcohol and other drugs. Services include assessments to determine the need or type of service that would benefit the individual. Services are available for adolescents and adults. Treatment is provided through individual and group treatment with groups meeting on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Fees:
Charges are based on a sliding fee scale. Many private insurance plans are accepted. Payments can be made with credit cards. Referral procedures:
Referrals may come from self-referral, the court, or family physician. Services:

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
