About Good Shepherd Foundation, Inc., The

The good shepherd foundation, inc. offers the following services:
Mission Statement: We are involved with mankind. We attempt to make life more meaningful, productive and satisfying. We serve the people of Henry County by teaching and encouraging people to live for themselves, their family and their neighbor. We seek to make a difference by helping those “in trouble or destined for trouble with alcohol and drugs”: to identify their needs, set worthwhile goals, and help people of all ages live sober, responsible lives. Our goals are to prevent all forms of alcohol and substance abuse through education: to identify, intervene, treat, counsel and shepherd the lost, the hurting…… those who have suffered the tragedy of substance abuse or addictive behavior. No person shall be denied treatment because of inability to pay. ABOUT US

Persons In Family Household   Poverty Guideline salary per year
1 $14,580
2 $19,720
3 $24,860
4 $30,000
5 $35,140

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
