About Institute for Human Resources Pontiac

Institute for Human Resources PontiacĀ is an outpatient mental health center serving both mental health and drug and alcohol populations, using both individual and group counseling. IHR provides DUI assessments and intensive outpatient groups for substance abusers. The mission of IHR is to provide a continuum of quality recovery based mental health and substance abuse services ranging from education and prevention through treatment and aftercare for residents of Livingston County. Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
