The Transition House Program provides 16 beds to men with a mental health disorder and co-occurring substance use disorder.
Residents participate in the program as long as needed as they work on developing recovery skills and support systems.
Men are assisted with obtaining employment, entitlements, parenting skills, living and coping skills as well as finding appropriate housing.
