About Focus 12 Halfway House

Focus 12 Residential is a medium intensity, abstinence-based program that serves men 18 and older who are chemically dependent and have completed a licensed chemical dependency treatment program.

This program provides a positive, structured living environment while receiving 15 hours of substance use disorder treatment programming per week.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
