Provides counseling to substance abusing adults, adolescents and their families.

assessments individual, group, family, and couples counseling interventions aftercare counseling and a full tobacco dependence program. Step Ahead consults for corporations, educational and healthcare facilities to develop effective tobacco use policies and programming.
IDRC-approved 16-week counseling.
