About Unity Place Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment

Unity Place will provide rehabilitation and intensive support in the form of counseling/case management, psycho-educational, prevocational, social, recreational and psychiatric services.
These services will take place in a therapeutic environment with the specific goals of preventing any hospitalization, relapse and decompensation by assisting clients to develop community based living skills.
The members of Unity Place are as diverse in their needs as their backgrounds and thus require a wide range of services with varying lengths of duration.
In order to assist the members in the development of more independent functioning, services will range from maintenance to intensive training and support services.
As such, the length of service will also range from as little as six months to several years.
Their primary insurance is provided by MedicaidProgram hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.
They serve a morning breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
