About Phoenix House - IMPACT Program - New York

Phoenix House IMPACT Program (Intervention Moves Parents and Children Together) has been helping thousands of young people take control of their lives.
Teens and young adults struggling with alcohol or substance misuse participate in treatment at their Jack Aron Center on Manhattans Upper West Side.
Most services are scheduled in the late afternoon and early evening to accommodate those who are in school or career training.
Individuals may attend treatment one to five days a week.
Services included:
individual and group therapy vocational/educational support and healthy recreational activitiesThey conduct an in-depth evaluation of each persons needs and develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses his or her personal goals.
Parent participation is strongly encouraged, and they work with the entire family to ensure maximum understanding and support throughout the recovery process.
Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
