Service Description
Provides enhanced Methadone Pharmaco Replacement Therapy for opiate/opioid (Heroin) addiction and the prevention of HIV/Aids, Hepatitis and other STD's among intravenous drug users (IVDU's). Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday 5:30am-2pm Saturday and Sunday 6am-9amFees charged:
Self-Pay/Full Self-Pay/Sliding scale No fee; $12 dailyIntake procedure:
Id plus Photo id and must arrive before 6:30 am and be in full withdrawal (no qualified opiate/opiod addict refused)Eligibility requirements:

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
