About Phoenix House Rhode Island Juvenile Drug Court

Since 1999, Phoenix House has provided case management services for adolescents involved with the Rhode Island Juvenile Drug Court.
Their fully-credentialed case managers also provide assessment, treatment planning, and client advocacy, acting as liaisons with the court and community-based service providers.
Their program offers a comprehensive, integrated system of care that helps teens overcome substance abuse while developing the skills and social supports necessary to sustain a successful recovery.
With the help of their case managers, young clients can reconnect with their families/caregivers; obtain medical, mental health, or social services; re-enter the educational or vocational training system; and continue to grow as contributing members of their communities.
Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.

2 $19,720
3 $24,860

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
