Nurses and counselors were respectful and helpful. The staff that took calls and the front desk area were rude and unprofessional. When I asked a young lady a question about how to get my loved one a prepaid card, I was told to “read the rules.” When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she left the area and never returned. There was one other lady there and she said that the supervisor was on vacation and she didn’t know her coworkers name. Very frustrating, we were recommended this facility through the behavioral health center and felt grateful that the state funded it. I do not recommend this place anyone who is serious about sobriety.

My brother was attached in this center. He has only been in the center for about 2weeks and he was drugged in this facility. This happened over the weekend and the staff was so rude and unprofessional. Now they have my brother arrested and revoking his parole when he was the one that was violated. I will not let this rest until I seek and get justice for my brother.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2023

This table is to be used if this rehab center accepts sliding scale treatment. This will show you what levels of income you need to make to qualify for free treatment.
Persons In Family Household   Poverty Guideline salary per year
1 $14,580
2 $19,720
3 $24,860
4 $30,000
5 $35,140
6 $40,280
7 $45,420
8 $50,560

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
