About STAND Outpatient Program - Webb

S.t.a.n.d. Outpatient is a substance abuse treatment program that uses evidence based treatment.
The program works with children between the ages of 13-17 who have a drug or alcohol problem.
SCAN Inc. believes that the use and abuse of alcohol and drugs has damaging effects on the mind, body and spirit.
The rise in crime, the spread of infectious diseases, the lack of productivity, the physical and mental deterioration, and the accidents caused by alcohol and drug intoxication, are some of the problems caused by the abuse of alcohol and/or drugs.
These problems, in turn, affect their families and their community.
S.C.A.N., Inc.'s outpatient program (S.T.A.N.D.) will work in conjunction with schools, criminal justice agencies, social service agencies, parents and other individuals to provide the best treatment services that will meet the needs of the chemically dependent or substance abusing youth.
Is to provide quality substance abuse treatment services to those adolescents who have fallen victims to the afflictions of alcohol or drugs.
By instilling hope and helping the individual abstain from alcohol and drugs through quality substance abuse services, S.C.A.N., Inc. will contribute to the fight against drug abuse in their community.
