Located near the shores of Lake Champlain in downtown Burlington, Vermont, Phoenix House RISE (Recovery in an Independent, Sober Environment) is a 3- to 24-month sober living program for men in early recovery from substance abuse.
An integral part of a recovery-oriented system of care, RISE is based on the belief that people who experience a repeated pattern of drug or alcohol abuse should spend additional time in a stable, supportive environment to reinforce sobriety and increase the chances of a successful sustained recovery.
RISE features weekly recovery groups, individual therapy, and self-help meetings.
All clients are expected to pay a modest weekly rent.
Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.
