About Phoenix House - RISE Men's Program - Burlington

Located near the shores of Lake Champlain in downtown Burlington, Vermont, Phoenix House RISE (Recovery in an Independent, Sober Environment) is a 3- to 24-month sober living program for men in early recovery from substance abuse.
An integral part of a recovery-oriented system of care, RISE is based on the belief that people who experience a repeated pattern of drug or alcohol abuse should spend additional time in a stable, supportive environment to reinforce sobriety and increase the chances of a successful sustained recovery.
RISE features weekly recovery groups, individual therapy, and self-help meetings.
All clients are expected to pay a modest weekly rent.
Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
